Zedu Weekly Wrap – 24 January 2025

Look who’s back, back again…

Zedu’s back – tell a friend! 2025 is well and truly underway now – the crew is back from vacation, and will be going full speed ahaed after this Australia Day holiday long weekend.

This year promises to be another of ultrasound fun, development and discoveries – we have many plans and some announcements coming soon. Watch this space.

While catching up with the FOAM online, it would appear that X (formerly Twitter) is slowly losing its lustre for #POCUS peeps – with many of you going to BlueSky. The transition makes it hard to use handles across platforms, so we’ll be making a call on how best to attribute/notify sources soon – if you have a view on this let us know.

News to note from this week:

  • Keep an eye out for #scanuary resources courtesy of Chris Yap
  • Tune in to Jeff and Amit’s latest Block it Like it’s Hot podcast on the paravertebral block
  • Read Hannah Conway’s experience of remote POCUS teaching and mentoring

Chaeking out for a long weekend now…
